Meet our Team
Suman Shankar
Director
Suman brings over 25 years of consulting experience to NeuAxys. Before founding the firm, she spent more than two decades with Cerebrus and previously worked with A.F. Ferguson and Ernst & Young.
Her expertise spans Organisation Restructuring, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, and large-scale integrated HR assignments across diverse industries. She has led numerous projects involving organisation design, manpower planning, compensation, and end-to-end implementation, including employee communication. Based in Bangalore, she has also worked extensively with IT services, product, and start-up ecosystems.
She holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.
Gauri Krishnan
Principal Consultant
Gauri brings over 17 years of experience in organisation design, leadership development, and change management. At Cerebrus, she led projects across restructuring, M&A integration, total rewards, and talent strategy for clients in IT/ITeS, Aerospace, Life Sciences, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, and high-growth start-ups.
She has partnered with leadership teams on organisation studies, culture integration, and operating-model redesign, delivering practical, growth focused solutions. Her expertise also includes competency frameworks, leadership pipeline development, and policy modernisation. Earlier, as an HR Business Partner, she supported business leaders and investors on organisation-building and transformation initiatives.
